Moody's Lunch Service is San Diego's oldest, largest, and finest catering house and catering service in the San Diego area. It all started in 1926 with Grandma Moody selling sandwiches on street corners. Today Moody's is a full service catering house, with over 40 catering trucks serving San Diegans daily.

Each truck is equipped with a full kitchen, allowiing hot, fresh food to be prepared on-site. Our trucks serve a variety of customers in a variety of settings including construction sites, schools, office buildings, shipyards, and the Navy base.

Our trucks are available for lease, and also for sale, enabling you to have your own restaurant on wheels. if you've ever wanted to work for yourself, this might be the perfect opportunity.

If you already have your own truck or food cart and need an approved commissary to park at, our parking facility is fully equipped with ice machines, electricity, water, garbage and oil disposal services, and the convenience of an on-site commissary ready to supply all your grocery needs.

We also offer picnic, party, and event catering.
